I’m Louis. I build things for a living, run a few things I probably shouldn’t have agreed to run, and break a dependable number of them along the way.

Photography is the part of my life with the fewest moving parts: a camera, somewhere I haven’t been, and the good sense to stop talking for a minute.

Most of what’s here came out of trips that were badly planned and worth it anyway — Japan in autumn, Yosemite in bad weather, Myanmar, Switzerland, and a lot of San Francisco, because I live here and it keeps being beautiful.
